The Smartvest wireless water detector is an extension module of the Smartvest wireless alarm control panel. It reacts to water and other liquid substances and reports these events to the wireless alarm control panel. The Smartvest wireless water detector consists of a transmitter and a sensor. Both are connected via a 1.8m long cable. The sensor reacts to water and reports this to the alarm control panel. This means that damage caused by burst pipes or burst water hoses on washing machines or dishwashers can be quickly detected and reduced through rapid intervention.
