LUPUS IoT - Mobile emergency call button (GSM)
LUPUS mobile emergency call switch. Including real-time activation with Stadtritter.
With the mobile emergency call button from LUPUS, you are always just a push of a button away from help. Thanks to the innovative Narrow Band IoT (NB-IoT) mobile network, every emergency call is reliably sent to the LUPUS cloud in a matter of seconds. Contacts stored there are informed directly via push notification or email - so family and friends know immediately if you need help.
You don't need to buy a SIM card or subscription. Everything is included for 10 years. The device works in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, etc.
Just the touch of a button away from help
But that's not all: in parallel, the monitoring centre of our partner Stadtritter is notified, which acts immediately in an emergency according to an emergency plan defined with you. Whether police, ambulance or fire brigade - the appropriate emergency services will be on their way to you as quickly as possible.
The emergency call button is battery-operated and, thanks to NB-IoT, even works in hard-to-reach places, whether in remote areas or deep inside buildings. Rely on the LUPUS wireless emergency call button and gain the reassuring feeling of being protected in any situation.
The LUPUS mobile emergency call button is particularly suitable for various target groups and scenarios in which rapid assistance is essential.
Here are some possible use cases:
- Senior citizens living alone or people in need of care
- Challenge: Elderly people living alone often have no one who can help immediately if they fall or suddenly feel unwell.
- Solution: The emergency call button makes it possible to call for help at the touch of a button. Relatives and a safety centre are notified immediately and the appropriate emergency service can respond quickly.
Workers in hazardous or isolated environments
- Challenge: People who work in hazardous workplaces (such as construction sites or factories) or in isolated locations (such as foresters or farm labourers) often do not have rapid assistance nearby.
- Solution: In an emergency, the emergency call button can send reliable emergency calls and organise rapid assistance in areas that are difficult to reach with a mobile phone network.
People in poorly connected areas
- Challenge: In rural areas without strong mobile phone coverage or in low buildings, accessibility for emergency messages is often limited.
- Solution: Thanks to NB-IoT, the emergency call button works even in hard-to-reach places. People in remote areas can use the device to request assistance at any time.
People with health restrictions
- Challenge: People with cardiovascular problems, diabetes or other acute health risks often need immediate help in the event of an emergency.
- Solution: The emergency call button can reassure these people and their relatives, as the safety centre is informed in the event of an emergency and immediately takes the right measures.
The LUPUS mobile emergency call button therefore provides a high level of security for people in various situations and significantly reduces the response time in the event of an emergency.
