RAK Wireless WisDuo LPWAN Module
RAK4260H
overview
The RAK4260 LPWAN module is based on Microchip's ATSAMR34J18B. It is a SiP device that integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex -M0+ MCU with a LoRa transceiver in a compact surface mount package.
The SAMR chip offers a set of highly configurable peripherals (configurable as I2C/SPI/UART interfaces). In addition to the interfaces already mentioned, there is a 12-bit ADC.
It is a perfect solution for any LoRaWAN® end node developer. The integration of MCU and LoRa® transceiver reduces size and minimizes cost. Such a compact solution in a single package shortens time to market and enables rapid development and deployment for a range of scenarios.
The RAK4260 is a cost-effective and flexible solution. It can be used in a variety of IoT scenarios that require the wide-range connectivity and long battery life of LoRaWAN®.
If you need a complete development board, you can choose the RAK4260 Evaluation Board, which has the RAK4260 LoRa® board pre-soldered into the RAK4261 and the RAK5005 development board included.
