The keypad enables extensive control of the smart home alarm system
The LUPUSEC Outdoor Keypad is used to control the XT2 / XT2 Plus alarm system and is used in particular for activation and deactivation when entering and leaving the building. To do this, you either enter one of fifty freely definable PIN codes or simply swipe your personal RFID chip across the keypad.
The major security advantage of the outdoor keypad compared to the indoor version is that the secured area does not have to be entered to disarm it. This means you can completely avoid risky entry and exit delays.
Cables for signal transmission are not necessary. The keypad can be operated either with batteries or the included 12V power supply and is very easy to set up and ready for use in a short time.
Advanced automation features:
The outdoor keypad offers four freely programmable smart home buttons (F1-F4) with which you can, for example, activate/deactivate the light, turn down the heating when you leave, activate the door buzzer or run complete scenarios. The integrated alarm output starts a camera recording or opens the entrance door when the keypad is touched.
With the keypad you can control both areas, depending on which PIN code you use. The administration, including the user rights associated with the code or RFID chip, are easily defined in the alarm system's web server.
Here you can enter up to 50 PIN codes per area (6 for the XT1) and link them to a name. This way you can see at any time in the overview (logs) when which code was used - anytime and anywhere with the free APP and push notifications.
