Nivian Smart. The professional smart alarm system for everyone.

Without any annoying cables, the control unit and the sensors can be installed in no time at all, even without screws or drill holes. The system is very easy to expand with additional sensors, remote controls and RFID tags. A prepaid SIM card is sufficient for operation; no contract, no monthly costs. The system only calls or sends SMS in emergencies. If nothing happens, it does not incur any further costs.

The system comes with a free app that allows you to conveniently set it up, save phone numbers, and arm and disarm it. The entire system can be controlled via the app.

Innovation:

The newly designed internal electronics work with a 3G/4G quad-band GSM module and are equipped with a 93db internal siren. There are no longer any holes to drill when attaching the sensors and the antennas are housed internally and not visible. Up to 5 alarm numbers can be set for calls and up to 5 numbers for SMS messages. These will receive a call or SMS when an alarm is triggered. During the alarm, you can "listen in" to the system and check what is happening on site. You can even speak to the intruder using the intercom function (the siren switches off for the duration of the voice transmission).

The radio sensors:

Up to 60 wireless radio sensors can be paired with the Nivian Smart Alarm System, and you can assign a unique name to each individual sensor.

The alarm SMS will later tell you which sensor triggered the alarm and you can better assess the situation.

RFID tags:

Alarm can be switched off without a remote control when entering a protected room. You can also be informed by SMS when the RFID chip is placed and always know when the children come home or the employee arrives at work. Up to 50 such RFID chips can be linked to the system. Remote controls and RFID chips can be easily deleted or deactivated in the system if lost.

Speed dial:

The control panel has a speed dial button. If this is pressed, the device dials a preset number. As soon as the connection is established, you can communicate freely using the built-in microphone and loudspeaker (intercom function).

Memo (voice note):

You can leave and save a voice note on the system, either by calling remotely or by speaking directly to the control center.

A voice note is indicated by the blue circle on the control panel lighting up. The voice note is played by touching the keypad.

Tamper protection:

The central unit, as well as the magnetic contacts and motion detectors, are protected against sabotage. As soon as someone tries to remove the units from their holder, a sabotage alarm is triggered.

Emergency, backup battery

If the power to the main supply fails, a message is sent to the system administrator via SMS. The same applies when the power supply is restored.

The alarm system has an internal backup battery that keeps the system running for about a day without interruption. Attempts to disrupt the alarm functions by sabotaging the power supply are therefore futile.
