7-inch LCD display, a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels , a brightness of 300 cd/m2 and an RGB color depth of 24 bits and 16.9 million colors. It has a capacitive glass multi-touch screen and supports up to 242 user roles, including dealer, installer, master, user, guest and emergency.

The device can be networked via Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual band 2.4/5GHz) and LTE Category 4 (Bands 2/25, 4/66, 5, 7, 12/17, 13, 14 Non-FirstNet, 26). It also supports Z-Wave Plus (700), PowerG, RF and Bluetooth (Low Energy (BLE) 4.2). The device has 16 GB of NAND flash memory and a 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh.

There is an 8MP wide-angle front camera with a 120° field of view and a MEMS x33 microphone with echo cancellation. The device also has a tamper switch, dual panel and wall tamper with spring release and smash-and-grab reporting. The dimensions are 6.1"H x 7.5"W x 1"D (155mm x 191mm x 26mm), and it has a DC 7V DC 1000mA CC power supply. The device comes with a SmartMount backplate for wall mounting, while SmartMount Table Stand or SmartMount IQ Base Table Stand with integrated subwoofer are available separately.

The device is certified by FCC, IC and UL and has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 49°C (32°F to 120.2°F) and a storage temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F). The operating system is Android 9 and the device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-core SOM (System on a Module).
