The Secvest wireless universal module is an optional accessory for the Secvest alarm control panel. The wireless universal module (UVM) can also be integrated into wired systems such as the Terxon SX and Terxon MX, enabling the use of additional wireless components in wired alarm systems. The UVM is powered by a 12 V power supply (not included). When installing the module, 6 main functions are available:

• Repeater module: The UVM transmits the signals from up to 8 detectors to the alarm center. The radio range is thus almost doubled.
• Output module: When programmed events occur, up to 4 outputs (switching capacity 500 mA) of the UVM are activated.
• Transceiver module: In addition to the 4 outputs, the alarm inputs of the UVM (one alarm zone and one sabotage zone) are used.
• Siren module: An external, wired signal generator is connected wirelessly to the Secvest via the UVM.
• Siren transmitter/receiver: A siren can be integrated wirelessly into a wired alarm system via the UVM.
• Receiver module: With a UVM, 8 radio components can be integrated into any wired system. The UVM then receives the signals from the radio detectors and switches outputs that control the zones of the control panel. This is how you integrate Secvest detectors into the Terxon alarm control panel.
