Grandstream HA100

The HA100 offers automatic fail-safe protection for the UCM6510 IP telephone system. If the high availability solution is connected to two UCM6510s, the HA100 checks the activity status of both UCMs, monitoring the network lines (trunk), the network connection, external connections and the registered extensions. If errors or irregularities occur, the HA100 automatically switches from the primary UCM to the secondary UCM, thus ensuring uninterrupted communication. Depending on the number of registered end devices, the entire switching process takes between 10 and 50 seconds. The intelligent concept of the HA100, together with the UCM6510, provides a highly available solution for secure and reliable corporate communication.
