Wireless 360° motion detector for the Climax VESTA Smarthome alarm system
The Climax VESTA 360° motion detector reacts to any change in the temperature field. It will reliably alert you when motion is detected in your premises. The 360° motion detector is attached to the ceiling and covers a 360° area with a maximum diameter of 12 meters. This makes it ideal for discreet and seamless monitoring of entrance areas, corridors or lobbies. At a height of 2.7 to 4 meters, it is safe from sabotage and at the same time has an optimal overview of the area to be protected. The thermal field sensor, controlled by a microprocessor, adapts optimally to the respective conditions (Adaptive Digital Signal Processing) to prevent false alarms.
Do not point the detector at heat sources such as heaters or window fronts/conservatories. Only use our Dualway motion detector (item no. 12034) for this purpose.
Like all sensors, the 360° motion detector is battery-operated, has a sabotage detection feature on the back and is connected to the alarm system wirelessly. It can therefore be easily glued or screwed to any wall or ceiling of your choice. Fastening material is included in the delivery. Cables for signal transmission or a power supply via a power pack are NOT necessary. Simply connect the motion detector to the alarm system via the control panel and set it up.
Quickly integrated - easily automated.
Once integrated into the system, the wireless motion detector reports any change in status to the control center.
This includes a status message when the battery is low, when the tamper contact on the back is triggered and when movements are detected. You can use the latter for numerous automations: for example, do you want the light to switch on automatically when you enter the bathroom only at night? No problem - such rules can be created in no time at all using the intuitive web interface.
